Ingredients

  • 200 g unsalted butter
  • 500 g sesame seeds
  • 300 g honey
  • 250 g shelled hazelnuts
  • 100 g pine nuts

Preparation

  1. Toast the sesame in a dry frying pan, stirring until golden, then set aside. Toast the hazelnuts and then the pine nuts separately in the dry pan for 5 to 10 minutes, watching their colour. Reserve the pine nuts for topping. Let the sesame and hazelnuts cool slightly, then grind them finely in a blender.
