Ingredients

  • ½ tsp ground cayenne pepper
  • 2 racks of raw pork baby back ribs
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • ½ tsp mustard powder
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 2 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 6 tbsp ready-made barbecue sauce
  • 2 tsp fine salt
  • 3 tbsp white sugar

Preparation

  1. Heat the oven to 150 °C. Slip a blunt knife under the membrane on the bone side, grip it with kitchen paper and peel it away. Put the ribs in a large tray lined with heavy-duty foil.
