Ingredients
- 125 g butter
- 1 egg
- 250 g wheat flour
- 5 g baking powder
- 100 g white chocolate chips
- 150 g dark chocolate chips
- 140 g brown sugar
Preparation
Beat the softened butter with the sugar. Add the egg, then the flour and baking powder. Stir in the chocolate chips. Add 100 g white chocolate chips into the dough.

Chill the dough in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Shape into 20 balls and place on two lined baking trays, leaving space between them.
