Ingredients
- 100 g fresh button mushrooms
- 150 g onions
- 200 g shredded cheddar
- 480 ml whole milk
- 680 g raw ground beef
- 10 g concentrated beef bouillon powder
- 40 g plain wheat flour
- 250 g canned cut green beans drained
- 5 ml rapeseed oil
- ≈ ¼ tsp ground black pepper
- 900 g frozen seasoned shredded potato tots
Preparation
Heat the conventional oven to 190 °C. Peel the onion and clean the mushrooms. Chop them. Put the onion and beef in a large skillet over medium heat and cook for about 8 min, breaking up the meat. Add the mushrooms and cook for about 5 min more until the meat is no longer pink and the vegetables are tender. Carefully drain excess fat without discarding the meat and vegetables.
