Ingredients

  • 2 bunches of parsley
  • 400 g fresh green beans
  • 300 ml skimmed milk with 0.3% fat
  • 8 medium eggs
  • 3000 ml ready-to-use liquid vegetable broth
  • 10 ml rapeseed oil
  • 1 pinch of ground nutmeg
  • 1 pinch of ground black pepper
  • 4 tsp dried savory
  • 1 pinch of fine salt
  • 1 bunch of mixed soup vegetables

Preparation

  1. Heat the oven to 160 °C using conventional heat, with a deep tray of water inside. Wash, trim and finely dice the soup vegetables. Trim, wash and cut the green beans into short pieces. Wash and finely chop the parsley.
