Ingredients
- 12 chive stems
- 180 g pliable slices of Emmental
- 12 salted pretzel sticks
Preparation
Cut 12 strips of cheese, each 8 cm wide and 4 cm high. Starting at one long edge, make closely spaced cuts through two-thirds of the height. Leave the top third intact to hold the fringe together.

Wrap the uncut part around the bottom of a pretzel stick. Secure by tying a washed chive around it, spread out the fringes then serve.
