Ingredients

  • 2 tsp fresh chives
  • 3 tbsp garden cress
  • 1 medium floury potato
  • 200 g plain spreadable cream cheese with 5% fat by total weight
  • 250 ml prepared vegetable stock
  • 1 pinch of ground nutmeg

  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 400 g lamb’s lettuce
  • 2 slices of pumpernickel

Preparation

  1. Peel the potato and dice finely. Put in a small saucepan with all the stock and simmer gently for about 20 minutes until fully tender, retaining the cooking liquid.
